By accessing and using WatchAnyLanguage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
WatchAnyLanguage provides AI-powered video dubbing and translation services. We use artificial intelligence to transcribe, translate and clone voices from video content submitted by users.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use WatchAnyLanguage to:
- Dub or translate copyrighted content without proper authorization
- Create misleading, defamatory or harmful content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our AI technology
- Submit content that promotes violence, hatred or discrimination
4. Subscription Plans
- Free Plan: 3 videos per month, up to 10 minutes each
- Pro Plan: 30 videos per month, up to 1 hour each, $12/month
- Premium Plan: Unlimited videos, unlimited length, $29/month
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your content for the purpose of providing dubbing services. We do not claim ownership of your videos or audio.
6. Limitation of Liability
WatchAnyLanguage provides its service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
